Roblox Game Pass Price After Tax Calculator

See how many Robux you actually get from a Roblox game pass after the 30% marketplace fee, for one sale or many, and the price to charge for a target.

Shows the lowest price that pays at least this much

When someone buys your game pass, Roblox keeps a 30% marketplace fee and credits you the other 70%. Robux are whole units, so the fraction is dropped, which is why a 5 Robux pass pays 3 rather than 3.5. Enter your price to see what reaches your account per sale and in total, what that is worth through DevEx, and what to charge if you need to keep a set amount.

How to use this tool

  1. Enter the price you set, or plan to set, on the game pass.
  2. Enter how many sales you have made or expect.
  3. Optionally enter the Robux you want to keep per sale to get the price to charge.
  4. Use the table to compare common price points.

Formula

You receive = floor(price × 0.70)

floor means round down to a whole Robux. Roblox fee = price − what you receive. To keep at least T Robux, use the smallest whole price with floor(price × 0.70) ≥ T, which is about T ÷ 0.7 rounded up.

Example

A pass priced at 250 Robux pays 250 × 0.70 = 175 Robux per sale and Roblox keeps 75. Forty sales bring in 7,000 Robux, worth 7,000 × $0.0038 = $26.60 through DevEx at the standard rate. To keep 100 Robux per sale, 100 ÷ 0.7 = 142.86, so price the pass at 143, which pays 100.

Frequently asked questions

Is the fee the same for developer products?

Yes. Roblox says creators generally earn 70% of anything they sell for Robux in their experience, so developer products work the same way as passes.

What prices give a clean number after tax?

Multiples of 10 always give an exact 70%: 10 pays 7, 100 pays 70 and 1,000 pays 700. Prices ending in 5 lose half a Robux to rounding, so 25 pays 17.

Are Premium Payouts included?

No. Creator Rewards replaced Premium Payouts in 2025 and are separate from pass-sale revenue.

How much is one sale worth in real money?

A 100 Robux pass pays you 70 Robux, which is about 27 cents at the standard $0.0038 DevEx rate once you have the 30,000 Robux needed to cash out.
