Robux earned before 5 September 2025 keep the legacy $0.0035 rate, newer Earned Robux get the standard $0.0038, and Roblox lists a higher $0.0054 rate for certain earnings in eligible games. - Enter the legacy-rate balance (earned before 5 September 2025).

Formula
Payout = legacy × 0.0035 + standard × 0.0038 + higher-rate × 0.0054
All rates are in U.S. dollars per Earned Robux. Blended rate = payout ÷ total Robux × 1,000. "Robux for $100" is 100 ÷ rate, rounded up to a whole Robux.
Example
A creator holds 10,000 legacy Robux, 70,000 standard Robux and 20,000 at the higher rate. The payout is 10,000 × 0.0035 = $35, plus 70,000 × 0.0038 = $266, plus 20,000 × 0.0054 = $108, for $409.00 in total. That is a blended $4.09 per 1,000 Robux, or $59.00 more than the $350.00 the same 100,000 Robux would fetch at the legacy rate.

The standard rate is $0.0038 per Earned Robux, so 100,000 Robux is about $380. Robux earned before 5 September 2025 still cash out at $0.0035, and Roblox lists $0.0054 for certain Earned Robux from purchases by U.S. players verified as 18 or older in eligible games.
Which earnings qualify for the $0.0054 rate?
Roblox lists developer products, passes, subscriptions and private servers bought in eligible games by U.S. players who verified their age as 18+. Other Earned Robux, such as Creator Store sales, are not listed for it.
Which Robux are cashed out first?
Roblox draws on your legacy-rate balance before any balance at a newer rate. Spending Robux lowers your total balance but does not clear the legacy balance first.
Is 1,000 Robux worth $3.80?
Only Earned Robux at the standard rate are. Robux you bought cannot be exchanged, and legacy Robux pay $3.50 per 1,000.
