QR Code Generator with Logo

Design a QR code with your logo in the centre, rounded or dot modules, custom eyes, colours and gradients. Download PNG or SVG, scan-checked in your browser.

With a logo, H is always used.

Put your logo in the middle of a QR code and style it to match your brand: connected rounded modules, dots or bars, square, rounded or circular corner eyes, one colour or a gradient, and a solid or transparent background. Error correction is raised to level H whenever a logo is used, and every result is decoded back before you download it. The logo never leaves your device.

How to use this tool

  1. Enter the link or text.
  2. Optionally drop a logo — PNG with transparency or SVG works best — and set its size (22% is a safe start).
  3. Choose the module and corner-eye styles, colours and an optional gradient.
  4. Check that the scan check says Passed, then download the PNG or the SVG.

Formula

Logo covers = cleared modules ÷ (modules per side)² × 100%

The logo box is centred and sized as a percentage of the code width; with padding on, every module under the box plus one module around it is left blank. Level H can rebuild about 30% of the data, so keeping coverage well below that, and away from the three corner eyes, keeps the code readable. If a logo would come too close to the eyes, the tool uses a larger QR version.

Example

For https://example.com (19 bytes) with a square 22% logo, level H needs version 3, but the padded logo would touch the corner eyes, so the tool moves to version 4 (33 × 33 modules). The logo box is about 7.3 modules wide; with one module of padding, 9 × 9 = 81 of 1,089 modules are cleared, so the logo covers about 7.4% of the code.

Frequently asked questions

Will a QR code with a logo still scan?

Yes, if the logo stays moderate in size and the colours contrast with the background. The scan check decodes the finished image; if it fails, make the logo smaller or switch to square modules.

Why is the error correction always H with a logo?

The logo hides modules, so the code must rebuild them from redundant data. Level H keeps about 30% redundancy, the most QR codes offer.

Can I use gradients and colours?

Yes. Keep both gradient colours dark against a light background — scanners need contrast more than they need black.

Does the SVG include my logo?

Yes, embedded as an image inside the SVG, so the file is self-contained for printers and design tools.
