Bulk QR Code Generator

Create up to 1,000 QR codes at once from a list or CSV: PNG or SVG files named from a column, a ZIP download and a printable PDF label sheet.

Ignored when a CSV file is chosen.

Need a QR code for every product, table, asset tag or event badge? Paste a list — one link or text per line — or load a CSV, and this tool creates all the codes in one go: up to 1,000 per run, named from a column you choose, packed into a ZIP and, if you like, laid out on a printable A4 or Letter PDF sheet. Everything is made in your browser, so your list and file never leave your device.

How to use this tool

  1. Paste one code per line, or choose a CSV file and type the name of the column to encode (leave it empty to use the first column).
  2. Optionally name a column for file names and labels, such as sku.
  3. Pick the error-correction level, the image size and PNG or SVG, and tick the label or PDF sheet options if you need them.
  4. Press Calculate and download the files, the ZIP or the PDF sheet.

Formula

modules per side = 17 + 4 × version (versions 1–40) · pixel cell = ⌊size ÷ (modules + 8)⌋

Each code uses the smallest QR version that holds its text as UTF-8 bytes at the chosen error-correction level: L, M, Q and H survive roughly 7%, 15%, 25% and 30% damage. A quiet zone of 4 modules is kept on every side, and modules are whole pixels so the codes stay sharp. Eight codes or fewer are offered as separate files; larger batches come as one ZIP with a manifest.csv listing file names and contents.

Example

A CSV with the columns name, age and the rows Ada,36 and Lin,29, using name as the content column, gives 2 codes that encode “Ada” and “Lin”. With name also as the file-name column the files are Ada.png and Lin.png. Such short texts fit version 1 (21 × 21 modules), so at 512 px each module is 17 px wide: 512 ÷ 29, rounded down.

Frequently asked questions

How many codes can I make at once?

Up to 1,000 per run. Longer lists are cut at 1,000 and the remaining rows are listed as skipped, so you can run them as a second batch.

What happens to duplicate or unsafe file names?

Characters that are not allowed in file names become _, and repeated names get -2, -3 and so on, so no file overwrites another.

Why are some rows skipped?

Empty cells and texts too long for a single QR code at the chosen error-correction level are skipped, with the reason shown in the table. Choose a lower level or shorten long links.

Can labels be in Korean or other scripts?

Yes. PNG and SVG labels use your system fonts. The PDF’s built-in Helvetica covers only Western European characters, so other labels are placed on the sheet as small images.

Is my data uploaded?

No. Reading the CSV, drawing the codes and building the ZIP and PDF all happen in this page.
