Esports Sensitivity Converter
Convert mouse sensitivity between CS2, Valorant, Apex Legends, Overwatch 2 and Call of Duty, with cm/360, inches/360 and eDPI at any DPI.
Moving from CS2 to Valorant or Overwatch 2 is easier when your aim feels the same, and that means matching how far you move the mouse for a full 360° turn. Each game multiplies your sensitivity by its own number of degrees per mouse count (its yaw), so the same number turns you very different distances. Enter your current game, sensitivity and DPI to get the matching setting in another game, plus your cm/360 and eDPI.
How to use this tool
- Choose the game you play now and enter its sensitivity and your mouse DPI.
- Choose the game you are switching to, and a new DPI if you are changing it too.
- Enter the new sensitivity in the target game; the cm/360 stays the same.
- For a game not on the list, pick "Other game" and enter its yaw in degrees per count.
Formula
New sensitivity = old sensitivity × old yaw × old DPI ÷ (new yaw × new DPI)
Yaw is how many degrees the view turns per mouse count at sensitivity 1: 0.022 in CS2, CS:GO, Apex Legends and Source games, 0.07 in Valorant, and 0.0066 in Overwatch 2 and the legacy Call of Duty scale. cm/360 = 360 ÷ (yaw × sensitivity × DPI) × 2.54.
Example
A CS2 player at sensitivity 1.0 and 800 DPI turns 0.022 × 800 = 17.6° per inch of mouse movement, so a full turn takes 360 ÷ 17.6 = 20.45 inches, or 51.95 cm. In Valorant (yaw 0.07) at the same DPI that is 1.0 × 0.022 ÷ 0.07 = 0.314, and in Overwatch 2 it is 1.0 × 0.022 ÷ 0.0066 = 3.33.
Frequently asked questions
What is the CS2 to Valorant ratio?
Divide your CS2 sensitivity by 3.18 (0.07 ÷ 0.022 = 3.1818). From Valorant to CS2, multiply by 3.18. Apex Legends uses the same scale as CS2, so no change is needed between them.
Does changing DPI change my aim?
Only if the sensitivity stays the same. Doubling DPI and halving sensitivity keeps the same cm/360, and the converter does that for you when you enter a new DPI.
What is eDPI?
Sensitivity × DPI. It is a quick way to compare players within one game but not between games, because each game has a different yaw. Use cm/360 to compare across games.
Why does it still feel different after converting?
A different field of view makes the same turn speed look faster or slower on screen, and scoped sensitivity is set separately. Check that mouse acceleration is off in Windows and in the game.
